STONE-WORKS
Stone facade fall into the lining of the heavy elements and are made from natural carved or cut stone, as individual pieces or finished parts in the form of walled panels. They can be installed dry or wet process. The wet process is used when the facade is not ventilated, and today is mostly applied to smaller objects, as external walls lining the carved stone blocks in the classical way of masonry stone. Stone slabs can be a thickness of 2 cm or more. Installation is done in cement mortar or adhesive (when the substrate is flat). In both cases it is necessary to carry concealed anchoring plate to the wall.
SUBSTRUCTURE OF VENTILATED FACADES
Classical façade lined with stone slabs, are now completely replaced with ventilated facades. The development of modern architecture and new building materials enabled the construction of the facade that has good ventilation between the lining and the wall, ensuring the durability of the facade and insulation on the exterior wall provides good thermal protection. On the supporting structure of the building (concrete, solid or hollow bricks, steel grating) is placed substructure is used to carry façade cladding. Capacity substructure, depending on the type of trim, weight, and schedule the suspension must be proven static calculation. Grid is fixed to the supporting structure over fixed and floating-point. Suspension is mounted on an aluminum substructure. It is necessary to provide the required width of the space for background ventilation. Ventilated facades do not adhere directly to the wall or structure. Today they are almost obligatory way of coating, the most common business objects, because they have an extra layer of air that provides excellent insulation, especially in the summer, which creates a high level of energy savings. The principle of ventilated facades remains the same regardless of whether the outer layer of the light or heavy elements lining.
RAISED FLOOR SYSTEMS
Raised floors are now indispensable in IT centers, banks, counter halls. They successfully solve problems that occur during the assembly of such environments, such as the performance of computer networks and related elements.
